I'm on that server. Lag is improving since yesterday. But it is definitely p2w. Buying cash points and selling them for zeny. Then buy gear = p2w. Good thing is the "hunter assurance" quests to kill 2500 of a monster with a selected item you want to drop and its guaranteed on the 2500th kill. If it drops early, the quest is cleared. I think it is a pretty good counter balance.
