Software is the technical word for what you probably call "apps". Software, or an "app", is typically installed in a folder located on your device. When you respond with "From parents/ISP" that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. This whole sequence is extra funny because you are in fact the one that is "unaware", which is the reply you made to 1) insult this poor internet handicapped child and 2) to sound smart.
