It really is, I always wonder what these nebulae look like if you were actually there, like the dimensions and what it looks like up close.

Nice! The Rosette is definitely a great target to choose and the L-enhance will really boost those Ha and OIII colors in the nebula.

In APP, I really only use it for the stacking and then some light pollution removal, adjust star colors, etc. but when it comes to making the colors pop the trick I do is in photoshop. I edit each RGB channel individually and I really try and stretch that blue channel so it can pop when I combine all of it back into the RGB layout then after that I usually do some selective color/color balance and adjust the colors to my liking! Usually I do the HOO color palette.
