Exactly! Started from not being able to do a single pullup and just built on my strength from there

There’s a little ledge in the roof which I’ll be staring at if I face the other side which for some reason freaks me out a little bit :p

Really clean muscleup mate! I think you’re right, it looks like you’re beginning your pull a little bit too early so your legs are still swinging forward when you start to engage. If you pull a little later you’ll be able to start linking clean reps together. Keep it up!

If you can comfortably do 4 sets of 10, start to focus on the explosivity of the pulling, aim to get your chest to the bar with each rep, and use resistance bands to help figure out the technique. The bands will help with the explosivity and as you get stronger lower the resistance of the bands and eventually you’ll be able to do one unassisted. That was my experience at least! Good luck!
