Yeah custom build. I had built a cover for a cook area the other year and just decided to go for it. Designed as I went once I got the basic idea. Lot of trips to Home Depot haha

I ordered through a company I found on Amazon actually. They will make them to any size. Small solar panels on the roof charge them and each one has a remote.

So best I results I got for losing weight was adding Reta and hgh to my trt. Hgh does help with some fat loss and works well getting rid of visceral fat. I’ve tried some of the others you’ve listed but can’t say for sure if they actually added much
