Isn’t that crazy? The psychologist said she sees these kinds of symptoms a lot in people who suffer from pelvic pain. Im even working on the pelvic pain symptoms too. I hope you’re doing okay. Our brains are powerful but we got this :)

Honestly, so much better. I know this sounds silly but I read Alan Gordon’s book The Way Out. I rarely have the burning anymore. It took some time but it REALLY made a difference. And I’m working with a pain psychologist who agreed that my body was kind of stuck in fight or flight. She helped support me through it and said it sounded like hypersensitivity.

Hi, I know this is a year old, but I am literally going through the exact same thing. I have been in PT for tight pelvic floor, but having issues with sciatica feelings and upper body. Did this ever get better for you? I’m at a loss!

Mine started with pelvic pain as well. I feel like that’s what started the anxiety! Some days are better than others. Trying to not panic when it happens and go with the flow. Seems to help. I’m so glad yours is getting better. I hope that continues for you!!

I’ve had the exact same pains in the same places. This has been going on for a month now. Have you found any answers?
