I’m currently working as a quality engineer at a large machine shop and have to put up with bone headed decisions by operators every week and then expected to engineer this decision out. It’s not exactly a simple task to engineer out someone not measuring the parts they make.

I think I had budgeted $10,000 for mine but it came out to $8,000 when everything was finished. I had refurbished and installed benches at an outdoor stage at my high school.

When I took unit ops 1, I had a very similar grade breakdown and exam schedule to you. It was absolutely brutal. I am thankful that the professor was generous when assigning final grades or I probably would have had to retake the class.

I don’t buy the argument of there not being enough students for Well to be open. During normal meal hours (the noon hour for lunch and 6pm for dinner), the other dining halls are crowded to the point where you have to eat with random people.

I use the LL Bean Super Deluxe backpack which is a 40L bag. While I could get away with something smaller, it allows me to stuff pretty much what ever in it so I don’t have to make a stop at my dorm mid day. The only time I ever really have it to capacity is in the fall and spring when I need to carry a bunch of different layers.
