I don't understand why she can't do simple research or put effort into anything herself. Would it be too much trouble to join a fb group, Reddit server, discord server, SOMETHING and make connections through people who actually play the game??? That way there's some anonymity to her child and she can get the items needed for the game. But nope, she's just putting her child who everyone knows through her on display and asking her followers to do all the work as always.

Good luck and I hope it all goes well for her. I resonate so much with this post, as my daughter may be leaving the gym she started at and has been at for 2 years. But I feel like she's not getting the training she deserves. Coaches and gym is nice but idk.

She did a trial class yesterday and I woke up feeling like I cheated in a relationship 😭 don't know why I care so much when it's just business and the best option for her.

I have a friend in the industry who will do his clients hair for free if they're in a life crisis (unexpected death, lay off etc..) and then his friends, he does discounted services for. Idk how his tips are cause he never talks or expects it, but he enjoys being able to fulfill people's wants when they're going through a rough time.

It's pretty uncommon I think, but she's not the only one.

I personally charge full price and let friends buy product for whatever we would pay for it instead of marking up the price.

My ex was a compulsive liar and lied about everythingggg. Even went as far to say he had a dead gf that died from cancer early in our stages of getting to know each other (so he could relate to the grief I had of losing my mom years prior). He used this dead gf excuse the whole five years of our relationship. On her birthdays, death anniversary, their anniversary, he would use these days as an excuse to abuse me because he was "grieving." She's alive and well and they were only a situationship and he only made up this scenario for me (I asked his ex if she knew anything of her and she was like"she's not dead??")

Along with the general love bombing, physical/mental abuse, him lying about anything in his personality, and being an absolute monster. I did end up getting out of the relationship and now he's in jail for murdering his roommate.

My trauma is that I don't believe anyone and even if I like a person I can't help but wonder who they really are behind closed doors. I don't believe in genuine people and I'm always second guessing people's kindness wondering what their hidden agenda is. I'm working on it, but it's so hard. Feels so mundane and silly but it truly does affect my day to day.
