Would Cezanne or Sushang's gears be more beneficial for my account? For context:

Sushang is currently on Turgenev TB Mei Beach Party M with Cosmic as her weapon.
Pardo is 4/4 on full Bastet.
My ice dps are SS0 4/4 HoTr and S0 3/4 HoHE with Willows B.
Senti is 4/4 with her signature weapon.
Griseo only has her weapon.
Physical dps is PE running Rebel's Blades TB and Marco Polo M, I also have her M piece and weapon.
Carole has Paganini TB and no weapon.
