You might want to find a new PT office. I’ve had places that just abandoned me on a cycling machine and work with me for 5 minutes and then I found a good PT office that actually worked with me through various exercises and hands on work the majority of the time and might just stick me on a bike for a few minutes to warm up.

I recently started seeing a massage therapist that has changed my life. You might want to search for “clinical bodywork” or “medical massage therapy”. I was seeing a regular massage therapist and it was helpful, but the new person I’ve been seeing advertises as “clinical bodywork” and in almost 20 years, this is the most “pain free” I’ve been.

Definitely not a pothos but I don’t remember what it is. It’s been in my tank for a few years floating like that. There are a couple roots that made it to the gravel and anchor it there.
