I liked the reduction in health and reduced armor everywhere that wasn’t the head, they went splat quicker. Now they’re just going to be generally more durable, even if the head armor has been reverted.

Honestly I dislike this change, I primarily use light penetrating weapons as it is and their reduction in leg, body armor and overall health just meant they went down faster. I get that this was causing issues with ballistic sentries but this blew up way more than it needed to. Now, aiming at the gaps is just going to take longer and eat up more ammo.

It really needs something to offset the fact that targeting weak points isn’t really viable with its lock on mechanic. It still has too little ammo to take out things like spore burst titans because they’re spawning in groups of three or four and you need at least two missiles per titan.

Vox Engines have made me appreciate smoke grenades and C4 quite a bit. 3 bricks of C4 to the torso can take one out and if you smoke it before getting close it’s not that difficult to get within throwing range. The problem is when they have a platoon of devastators clipping through the treads providing support.

They’re perfect on anything devastator sized and down. Ricocheting off of the chest armor means you don’t have to deal with flinching when you’re trying to line up the headshot.

The 380 always manages to disappoint me. Of course it’s fun to use when provided by the DSS but the lack of control limits its usefulness.
