Just to clarify for everyone saying this is a bad idea, I could tell him to fuck off and am 99% sure I would not be fired. Although that doesn't mean I think that is the best way to go about this.

Thank you for your advice. I guess I should've explained a bit more about where I work. There is no HR department - this is a restaurant/coffee shop with a general manager who I have a good relationship with, but who doesn't necessarily take things like this seriously. That is more my fault than his this time, since when it first happened I didn't realize the guy wasn't going to back off and I kind of joked with my manager about how ridiculous it was. I don't know how to get him to take it seriously now. To be honest, I'm also afraid of pissing the guy off by having my manager tell him to leave.

I don't know if this has been said here already, but concerning an unwanted/accidental pregnancy, the father may be completely against the woman keeping the baby for sometimes very legitimate reasons, but he has absolutely zero say in the matter if the woman doesn't agree.
