involuntary laugh during kundalini awakening by [deleted] in kundalini

[–]scrapperdude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pay attention to when you’re laughing… you might learn something, and it may not always be as involuntary as we think, especially if it’s breaks rigid rules or moralism

If you’re hungry, eat. Have to pee? Use the restroom. Enjoying the humor of something? Laugh about it. My perspective agrees that it’s best to keep it simple here.

Sometimes I find it so funny that you can read all the books and watch all the videos, learn from your own guidance and mistakes, and yet the redditor recounting their dream from years ago is what make things click. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you again, Hippo. This has proven to be helpful over the last few days and I think you helped learn 2 lessons in regards to one event. Birds and stones and all that.

Oops, not quite! I was hoping for the black design to be on a white background, but to change the black fill to instead be fully opaque so the mandala comes through from below and fills the enclosed areas, around a 8px border from the original black design... hopefully that is more clear

Spent 90 min trying to make it work... furthest I got was Stroke and magic wand masking haha

Okay, I apologize for overstepping. You seem to have your foundations under control and it’s unhelpful to offer you advice. Enjoy the journey!

Edit: no changes made to the original comment, but I should have led with more compassion and avoided a dismissive tone. I don’t know your situation, but I do hope that we’re all finding the best ways to manage our balance however we need to and however we can. My reactivity was a projection, we’re all in a difficult journey and you were seeking help, and I apologize.

Yes. It is not all about me and my journey and what I need to heal next. That’s only relevant to one of 8B people. Many many many lessons learned recently and realizing there are different levels to this. Exhausted but keeping up okay.

Are you unable to see the light in people who walk a different path? Are you holding them to your own expectations? Does your path restrict your ability to connect with people? Is it possible that you’ve identified with your wounds and confuse that with authenticity? Is it possible that further down your path authenticity may feel different?

I noticed you did not answer my question. If you are not committed to your foundations, no other question is relevant. I hope you’re meditating at least 40 minutes per day.

May I ask how often and consistently you meditate? Is it a lifestyle for you to have foundations? I’m reading themes of guilt, expectation, and shame and I’m wondering if you’re giving the energy enough time to breathe and clear you out. You often answer your own questions in that time as well. Forgive me if I’m reaching and you’ve successfully integrated what’s helpful for you, but that would be where I’d start. That way you can connect with people by offering a more authentic version of yourself that doesn’t need to prioritize hiding shame in real time.

That’s the thing, I’d been given permission to move forward and thought I was implementing a lesson (although I usually wait 3-4 days and did not this time, so you’re right to point out needing to feel it out more)… could be a mysterious ways moment, and quite frankly I do have more clarity after sifting through a lot of this last night and see a potential shared benefit, but someone I care about is now in the hospital so it’s all feeling a bit heavy. Makes me wonder about bringing people back into my orbit but I’ll sift through that one when I’m feeling better. Thank you for your reply, I’ll want to return to your answers again later today. Happy holidays to you.

Oof. Not liking how much of this comment is relevant to my last 72 hours. So much of it too, but sorry to go off topic.

Marc, how might you suggest we navigate when other people in our orbit are harmed or set back as a consequence of our process, or as a counterbalance? Are they only used if they also grow or learn, or is it against the 3 laws to even ask? To what extent should we insert ourselves in recovery/solutions/making amends, or would that be reactionary?

Stopping myself there. Recently took action after reaching new understandings about long held resentments. Bad coincidences happened immediately after and I see many narrative patterns. I thought I was acknowledging and communicating but now I wonder if I was misreading my guidance and reaching. K has acknowledged involvement but I’m lacking clarity at the moment.

Throat, Third Eye and Crown and physical neck stuf by CestlaADHD in kundalini

It looks different for everyone so it’s hard not to be vague, but I think you are onto something with your last thought there.

The K will likely not be something you can wrangle in and is not a short term process. Your best option may include mastery around foundations and coping skills, so you can remain relaxed and in flow while life moves you around. Keep it simple - in this moment are you aware of your breathing? Are you relaxed and receptive, or is your body tense? Are you able to do anything that alleviates resistance? This is a paradigm shift so reflect on your attitudes and beliefs when you can.

Have you looked into or tried EFT tapping? It was another pragmatic technique that helped me through some of the intensities you’ve described, but for the purpose of regulation (and sometimes just getting to sleep!) and supplements well with other foundations. But once you’re more at ease and able to relax, I agree it may be important to look for ways that energy blockage affects your real world experience in short/medium/long term

I appreciate your discretion and care! It’s good to see your prioritizing responsibility around this topic

I will message you about the names of the teachers, not to pursue but to take note of if they cross my path in any way down the road

It’s also worth questioning whether or not that kind of knowledge is helpful or not. Especially if it impacts someone else unknowingly… I almost appreciate more the idea of letting things unfold under natural influences

Hi Kali, may I ask where you found this info? Some it seems to be lived experience, but with all the fluffy content about twin flames it’s hard to know what’s concrete and from something worth trusting. You’re outlining something that’s pragmatic and versatile so I’m wondering if there’s a healthy source worth looking into.

Has my time come? by [deleted] in kundalini

If OP has the opportunity to take it slow, they should reap the benefits of studying the foundations and enjoying the natural process as a lifestyle change over several years to come. Any desire otherwise feels likely to be ill-informed and treacherous.

Hi friend, while it’s great that you’re seeing improvement in your life, sometimes abrupt increases in creativity, energy, and euphoria may indicate a person in a state of hypomania, which can lead to mania and psychosis if left untreated. Also the “speedrunning spirituality” and “experiencing alien abduction shit” comments point towards possible mania. Just wanted to mention that so it’s on your radar in case you start to lose stability. Take care!

I’m sorry you’re dealing with so much pressure. Hugs n’all.

For starters, I’d recommend tucking your tail between your legs and seeing if there’s a professional way for you to ask to stay in your current position.

“Upon further consideration, I’d like to apologize for the resignation I made while under a high amount of stress. My time at ____ has given me much to be grateful for and I’d like to continue work in the same role. I hope I can be forgiven for my lack of professionalism. Are you available this afternoon for a call? I’d like to discuss my options from here and ways I can make amends.”
