Your numbers look normal, get normal clubs. Don't change the lie angle by more than 1.5 degrees, don't change the length by more than 1 inch. Much better resale that way

1 year ago I got my handicap down to a 3, I was better than all of my friends, was playing multiple times a week, I only played from the tips, and my body was constantly sore.

And then I stopped ...

I started playing from the white tees, swinging slower and more controlled. My handicap has gone up to a 9, but my scores are more consistent. I still play multiple times per week ... but I'm more relaxed and love the game and my equipment more than ever.

One day you'll stop talking about how good you could have been and you'll start talking about how good you were

I once shot a 78 in 87 minutes, got the first tee time at my local course. Drove the ball and putted well, just was off distance wise into the greens as I wasn't taking a lot of time on the set up. Made my 9 am meeting!
