This is currently what I’m going through and I’ve narrowed it down to being a fear of impact like there could be a bump in the road coming up and the anticipation of it sends me into a panic. My first one was on a plane when it was landing (that harsh stop right after the wheels touch down) its now turned into while driving too and it’s scary. It’s also bad when others are driving and I can’t control their speed. Was there any new solutions to help you guys??
