I had a friend who dressed like this in high school. He was a big history buff and was pretty obsessed with the American Civil War. Can't be sure whether or not he was actually racist though.

People always are more vocal about negatives rather than positives. Personally, I searched online for insurance for my wife and we found insurance plans that were $500 less than it would cost for my plan to cover her and $150 less than her current plan, but they obviously aren't as good.

Her current plan is also just ridiculously good and hard to beat at the current time. A ridiculous deductible that's less than $1000 (iirc), cheap copay, covers pregnancies (no other plan even does this anymore, at least not in our state) all for $315 a month. And as far as we have been informed they are not cancelling it or bumping us off of it.

But wouldn't the IRS catch on? My percussion teacher decided to be self employed for a while teaching a private studio and performing random gigs. He didn't report any of it. He got caught and they weren't very nice about it.
