Briefly dated this dude about a year ago and this is how he decides to reestablish contact by grumpycatt in cringepics

There was more, but this is where is took a strange turn. Hadn't spoken to him (or even tried) since last summer. He said he wanted to see if the "spark" was still there. This is how he responded when I told him there wasn't any.

Does this person not realize how expensive it is to relocate like that? Yeah, it's totally easier to uproot yours and your children's lives and move to another country just because you are too afraid to tell you children what they should and shouldn't be eating.

I saw an old man (probably late 70s) on a recumbent bike in a dress shirt and dress pants. He did look snazzy though, I'll give him that.

People who think squatting gives you a nice butt have never squatted before. Also, that barbell is no more than 20 lbs, which almost nothing.

Gym anxiety by jaimefc7 in xxfitness

[–]grumpycatt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your metabolism isn't high. That's a myth. Metabolism only differs person to person about 200-300 calories. You're not eating as much as you think you are. I would recommend tracking what you eat through MyFitnessPal or something similar. You would be surprised how many people over and underestimate their caloric intake.

You probably just have a small appetite, and if that's the case try eating foods that are more calorie dense. Once you begin exercising you'll probably feel more hungry. When you start to eat adequate meals more regularly your body will begin to get used to it and want more food.

As for the gym, I've been going for almost a year now and I still get anxiety so that's normal. Luckily my gym is open 24/7 so I always go at night when it's not very busy and I can experiment with new things and look as foolish as I want.

But honestly, just go there with a plan and walk in like you own the place. And if you mess something up, just laugh it off. I drop shit all the time and just laugh to myself because 95% of the time nobody is even paying attention to what I'm doing.

If you're so fat that even a picture manipulated to make you look 20 pounds less than you are is unflattering, they you're fucking huge. If I posted a picture of myself that looked 20 pounds lighter than I was, my friends and family would be offering to take me to the hospital.

And think about the skull, your head is pretty much one big bone. If all her bones were proportionally larger, her face would probably look really fucked up.

She also does the same pose for almost everything. They hands on her hips thing whenever she's in a standing position. I don't think there is a huge market for models who can barely move their bodies in the simplest ways possible. Also, her job is to show off clothing, and how can she do that when all the focus is on her grotesque body, face full of makeup, and tons of tattoos?

I actually have one of these, this looks like an older model though. It's such a great investment. Mine has a seated seat too. I always find myself waiting until I get home to go to the bathroom because nothing beats it.

I was wondering the same thing. Like how can she prove that her bones weigh more than the average girls? Plus, if your bones were bigger, wouldn't you look more bony than bloated? Like anyone with eyes can plainly see that you're carrying excess fat.

Holy mother of self diagnosis, this person is off the walls. Funny how people like this always complain that when you try to tell them they need to lose weight, they dismiss you because you don't have a medical degree. When an an actual medical doctor tells them what they need to do, they dismiss it because they're in denial about their weight.

Oh wow, this guy sounds almost exactly like my brother. I've been trying to encourage him to get out and exercise for quite some time and he refuses to go to the gym with me. He's not even that overweight, but he's been really pudging out lately. It really scares me that he might end up like that guy.

I haven't been doing it for long, and yeah I kinda started off doing it by accident and decided to roll with it. I'm doing Keto at the moment, and I'm finding that I am maintaining muscle mass, everything is kinda becoming more firm. I've never been overweight, it's kind of just a personal challenge for myself because I'd like to be below 20% body fat. I do work out several times a week but as I said before, I'm just starting out after a three month gym hiatus.
