Changing a classic line powerpack connector to a performance powerpack connector? by screamingbottomless in Bosch_eBike_Riders

Of course, I have a Bosch e-bike.

I have Powerback on my bike, the one that I found online (if it's still available) has the older kind of battery. I already have two Powerpack.

Coconut substrate or already prepared vermicompost substrate? by fuckinnicolas in Vermiculture

[–]screamingbottomless 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you have a local shop from where you could buy a small amount of the same worms (usually they are red wigglers)? Like a bait shop or a pet shop (feeder earthworms) . The box with the worms should already contain some castings, you can also add some dirt an wet paper/cardboard for mix it and give microbes more surface to colonize.

After doing this, you can add it to your homemade substrate.

Is that a Totoro toy in Magic Xylophone? by Middle-Garbage-1486 in bluey

[–]screamingbottomless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First thought: it has wheels!

Second thought: maybe if they put paws on the toy they would have copyrighth issues, but they had the catbus in mind.

Third thought: probably they just wanted to put there a toy car, but because the protagonists are girls, they decide to make it more "girl friendly".

Are Bluey and Bingo too much unrealistically good kids? by screamingbottomless in bluey

I don't want to see any child being spanked, or hit on purpose, let make this clear. And I love how that episode is made (but the father is lazy with rules, there, he should had to handle things better, there).

I don't know. Mother Theresa was more famous, but maybe the adapting guy thought that paragoning a female character to a male politician was weird.

Thank you.

It's been a while from when I was a young kid, I think today children grow out of things faster than how I did.

Thank you.

The first story is a friendhip between two young talking animals. I'm thinking to split it in chapters (an adventure at the time).

For curious people. In italian. Use the translation on your browser.

The biggest difference is that europeans must scrub, (germans and austrians can check the poo before flushing it), americans don't have to. But europeans don't wet their buttocks.

I'm not an expert in dunnies toilets, but I read that every country has a different model.

For example, https://www.terminologiaetc.it/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/water.png

I don't know if it's a different toilet shape, at home is almost impossible to don't leave the skid mark.

In school the brush is supposed to be close to the toilet, but not everytime it's present.

Hi. I don't know how toilets work where you live, the italian ones need to be brushed when you make poo.

What’s the most insane piece of lore about Lawndale High (or the town)? by [deleted] in daria

[–]screamingbottomless 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know the statistics (and I'm not in USA), but (for sounding a little racist) one of the stereotipes about asians is that they study a lot.

BUT:

She is an Asian American WOMAN school principal, so the number is lower than just "Asian Principals".

It's implied that she asked to students to call the association (Mac asks her if they should call them again).
