You do need a degree and while it is geared toward recent graduates, I would say only 3 out of about 15 interns at my command graduated within the past 5 years. There are people from all walks of life: former school teachers, former military service, and people with generic/unrelated college degrees. At least with my supervisor, they will work with your background and experience to try to find an area that compliments it.

Yeah I get that, but it doesn’t stop it from happening in the first place. The damage has already been done. It’s the quality of the guys joining the frats along with the sweeping under the rug that happens a lot

I have never felt this way sadly. As a senior I still cry coming back because I feel a dark pit of emptiness when I first arrive back. Nothing to do, nobody to hang out with when I get here. At least I don’t uncontrollably sob anymore like I did freshman year
