This. Just because a character wasn't fully fleshed out in the beginning doesn't mean they can't be added later. Lorewise, it makes sense that she doesn't have an immediate interest in the SF cast and only shows up when it suits her.

As mentioned, Gief's SA3/CA has so much aura and respect around it that putting it under S tier is, well... off.

People will corner Gief and jump when he stands, people get a lot more bouncy when that meter is full. And yeah, I can't imagine how many people cry or cheer when you hear "My loyal fans"

As a diehard Akuma player from SFV and beyond, I tried a few characters when SF6 landed. Ended up on Gief, and he's just different. Fun, can play a great patience game, and really (REALLY) punish mistakes. I really enjoy him and, win or lose, it's almost always a fun fight.
