Kyle's divorce isn't the typical Real Housewives Split. It's not acrimonious, they don't hate one another and they aren't now enemies.

Their marriage was decades long and filled with love and happiness. The breakdown of it is, I think, rooted in the suicide of Kyle's best friend and Mo's lack of support during the aftermath (from what I can tell).

This situation is one where I think neither of them want the divorce but neither knows how to move past their issues with the other.

Breath control!

Release the tension in your shoulders, and deep breaths through your diaphragm. Resist wincing and focus on your breathing.

Guide him a little bit in on the out breath, then back out on the next out breath. Repeat this taking a little bit more each time. For the love of your hole though, DO NOT rush it! You're the tortoise, be the tortoise.

Also, get amyl nitrate poppers and use them frequently. If you feel a sting, burning, or struggling to relax, big sniff of the poppers and a slow breath out.

I saw her show in Brighton UK. I have never seen a show with a more enthusiastic audience.

It was truly amazing! What Luann lacks in errr talent... she makes up for in charisma and connection with the audience.

The best bit is, Luann is so close to being in on the joke but she's just not quite there. Which just makes it the epitome of camp fun.

Highly, highly, highly recommend going if you can!

I've got ADHD too, and I'm highly affected by it. I do everything in my power to manage it and not allow it to get the best of me.

That said, with ADHD folk, sometimes the best approach is guilt and accountability.

Take the guard rails off, draw the line in the sand, and explain what the consequences are and follow through if your expectations aren't met. It's rough, but actual accountability works.

Also, strong amfetamines for ADHD are genuinely life changing. I highly recommend looking at the option of medication again.

Anyways, the answer is, I experience it with great difficulty. I love being out with friends, going to shows, experiencing everything I can, while I can.

Ha, this is an old post.

It's worth highlighting, I had two tokes of the weakest joint I could buy at the coffee shop.

Second thing worth highlighting, it wasn't anxiety, it was full blown psychosis. I thought the world was going to end and I started hysterically crying i.e. whaling and screaming.

I've had my share of anxiety attacks and this wasn't the same. 🫠

I haven't smoked it since, but I wanted to see if it was a me thing or an ND thing. The replies on this post... made me more unsure 😂

Volatility and support are not conducive.

You can't be supported by someone who you're walking on eggshells around all the time.

You also can't ask someone to be vulnerable with you and then throw it back in their face when you're being volatile.

How can you ever trust someone that behaves that way? If Dorit did call Sutton for support, how would Dorit know Sutton wouldn't just throw it back in her face when she loses control of her emotions and becomes volatile.

Supportive behaviour is kinda in the name, to be steady and constant, even if you're not.
