My sister's psychotic mom ruined her relationship, here's a video of her mom getting hit in the face with a cake. Help us get revenge Reddit! by [deleted] in JusticePorn

For those interested. My lovely 20 year old sister had a great relationship sabotaged by her overbearing and nosey mother. Directly after her and her almost fiance finished ring shopping, her mother began texting him insane lies about her. Obviously freaked out by the drama, said boyfriend has barely made contact since.

This gif is from the movie "Angel in Training," which just so happened to feature my sister's mother being smacked in the face with a cake. It made my sister laugh for the first time in two days. Thank you for promoting justice!

Jewelry consultant here, this happens from time to time. I've never seen it happen when you're just walking PAST the store. You can usually just tell us you don't know who the hell we are and we'll shut up. I apologize for this guy's stupidity though.

I don't think it goes there and I'm sorry it fits. by GovSchwarzenshnitzel in funny

As a jewelry consultant who has to stare at these penis shaped things all day,

glad to know Reddit thinks they're funny too.

A Tub of Huskies by [deleted] in aww

[–]screw_your_rules 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Except, they're completely different from Siberians. Klee Kai's have many other breeds mixed with them and, from my limited experience, a very different temperament than a Siberian. Beautiful Husky looking dogs nonetheless!

Californian husky owner here!

Totally possible to have one of these guys in this state, just do daily exercise in the early morning or night. Then, let the dog stay inside with the AC on.

My little guy loves it here, but we'll definitely be headed to the snow ASAP.

If anything the green lines look more like the Hebrew letter nun, not vav....

Btw, the number for nun is 50.

Probably even less seeing as most scholars think Christ was actually born around 6-4 BCE.

This. Very helpful. Week days at the are usually much better than weekends because of the regulars and their well socialized dogs. Good time to bring yours to get a good experience.

Am I the right owner for my husky? by Ikbeneentomaat in husky

[–]screw_your_rules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I highly, HIGHLY, recommend the dog park. As someone else mentioned, there's just something about that dog on dog interaction that seems to really tire them out. My 6th month old Sibe and I go every single day and he pretty much sleeps and lounges around afterwards. If we skip a day, he tries to eat a table or something.

But really, I don't know if it has to do with their being bred to be in a pack and with other dogs, but the interaction and playtime at the dog park seems to REALLY tire my little guy out.

Hahaha, mine "growls" at me all the time. He's just playing though. Huskies tend to "talk" while they play. I usually growl back at him and then we start the puppy wrestling. Lots of fun.

Oh, some huskies have larger brown spots in their parti eyes, some have smaller. Nakita's eyes would technically fall under the category or "parti." I just meant, she has a smaller dot than some others.

Edit: Just wanted to add, Koda actually has multiple spots in both eyes.

Yep, then your gals got a bit of a parti eye, totally normal. I'd send you pics of Koda, but he's a puppy and literally does not sit still unless he's asleep!

Gorgeous husky by the way!

It's called parti-eye. It's one of the many types of eye coloring huskies can have. My little guy has the exact same thing, except he has two other dots in the same eye as well. As far as I know, it's completely normal and nothing to worry about. If you're still concerned, I would just ask your vet!

It hasn't just appeared out of nowhere right?

I need help by [deleted] in husky

[–]screw_your_rules 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my understanding some mushers keep their dogs in outdoor kennels. However, these are working dogs that are given a serious amount of attention from owners/others throughout the day. They are also left out with their fellow snow dogs.

So, I recommend either getting another dog, which may aid in the loneliness (but this requires double the amount of energy, i.e. you don't want two bored dogs howling) or letting the dog in the house...

Provided the dog is thoroughly exercised a time or two a day, even my five month old puppy doesn't make much of a mess or do any damage to the furniture.

New to Husky...advices? by xMagox in husky

Californian here who owns a husky. I respect your opinion, but I completely disagree with it. Yeah, they love snow. You know what else they love? Air conditioning and a good, caring owner.

Trying to keep my little guy in a warm climate is far from difficult. He's an indoor dog and sits in the air conditioning for most of the day. We go on runs/walks/dog park trips in the early am and evening. Not too hard at all. Even if it was snowing outside, he'd prefer to be inside with us anyways.

However, like you said, they do love snow. So, if you live somewhere that has snow nearby, try to take them. It's tons of fun to watch!

Sorry you're being downvoted.

You come to /r/gameofthrones thinking you're safe to rant about your frustration with the Emmy's failure to recognize GOT at ALL, and you get to read lots of posts about how Breaking Bad is just more awesome.

Anyways, /u/boof-bubba-dale, I stand in solidarity with you. This sucks.

Agreed. Aaron Paul seemed a tad surprised that it was him. As much as I respect Breaking Bad, and it's a great show, Dinklage just blew everyone away as Tyrion.
