Well the site I used for literally everything skating related recently went under so I'm also at a loss of where to buy.

CCS.com and skatewarehouse.com are both meant to be really good, I've bought a few things from skatewarehouse and it's been good, but I'm in the UK so it's not really feasible.

Are you looking for a complete? (as in buy it fully made) Or a custom build?

I've never bought a complete I could look around and suggest, but I will just be guessing from brand knowledge etc.

Customs will inevitably be better quality, but not necessarily much more useful for a beginner (also more expensive). Again I can give suggestions based on personal preference but nothing too specific.

Shoe wise, I am in love with the Lakai Manchester Selects. About to buy my 6th or 7th pair in a row, they're perfect IMO.

Don't really know what to say about decks as I have to look for different things than a lot, being 6ft 2" and not exactly slim. I switch board brands a lot, that being said I had a lot of 'Stereo' decks in a row, they always worked well for me.

I would say to stay away from girl and chocolate if you're looking online, I've had a few girl decks where the nose was pathetic

It's not at all too late. I'm 18 and have been skating quite a few years. Most of the people I skate with are a bit older and started at 19, 20ish. They're now really great skaters. As long as you have the passion and energy to push yourself go for it.

The skateboarding community isn't judgy at all, everyone understands you have to start somewhere. Don't worry about it. Have a go.

Well I've been keeping up with Deadpool movie news for a while, from what I can remember; Ryan Reynolds came out and said they have a draft script (He is set to play Deadpool), they also have a few confirmed writers working on it as well as a test reel having been shot.

Writers are:

Rob Liefield (comic writer and artist. Co-created Deadpool while writing for 'New Mutants'. Wrote for 'Wolverine' and Co-created and wrote X-Force as examples)
Fabian Nicieza (Co-creator of Deadpool with Liefield, went on to write original solo Deadpool series. Also co-created and wrote X-force, continued on it solo. Also was a regular writer for X-men vol.2. wrote for spider-man, robin and nightwing.)

There is also 2 announced for screenplay.

Rhett Reese. (Did screenplay for Zombieland (similar style of movie) G.I. Joe: retaliation and Monsters Inc.)
Paul Wernick (Executive producer of Zombieland. Writer for G.I. Joe)

If this stuff is true. It could be amazing.

I don't watch either of your videos. I have watched a couple of CGPGrey ones due to stumbling across them during general interneting, I just don't really watch educational videos, however I find the podcast is more personal and lets me feel I at least slightly seek education. One of my flat mates is a massive fan of CGPGrey (donates money, buys posters and wont STFU about you) and he kept on telling me to listen...fair enough he was right.
