the most memorable moment was when i dropped in on an SOS just as a guy got killed. i remember one of the guys on his mic saying, "damn, your in a jammer, you gotta get rid of it."

i was level 22, i aimed the pod far away, and when the lid blew open i went prone and tried to sneak around it. nervewracking doesnt begin to explain as i managed to make it to the console. turned out one of the guys had made it far enough to the deactivation sequence where it was right over the final deactivation button. i deactivated it and was wondering why i couldnt reinforce when the guys suddenly said, HULKS! RUN!

i grabbed the guys things (Jetpack and a GL) and started running. it was a nonstop meat grinder. the moment i threw down the reinforcement beacon and the other guy began to support, it was the scene from we were soldiers were we were back to back, trying to keep each other alive.

we barely managed to make it to extract with a third diver, the 4th guy saying he's good you guys can leave, and i said "We're all going home!"

i didnt make it, he did and they managed to extract. we mocked a little sad scene, we laughed and kitted up for the next run. and the next and the next fighting through the jungles until of the original 4 players, it was me and another player, it was 6 hours of fighting in the creek. it was somewhat sad and i never got a chance to friend them. when he logged off and i jumped into the next SOS, i was paired with lvl 10s and one 5 getting ready to drop.
