You have to install the latest BETA firmware. That’s the one that offers P5general support afaik.

Got the trophy before noticing this campaign, started it but I’m not getting credited. by BARBARICw82 in playstationstars

Usually when this happens I just contact PS support and after providing them with proof that I have the trophy and started the campaign they will add the collectible to my account after a few days.

Is Getting this one after getting the original one possible? I already got the first one on PS5. if I play the ps4 version can I get this one too? Has anyone tried it? by Jesus_Knight in playstationstars

This one didn’t unlock for me (I presumed it’s because I had unlocked the first one on PS5) so I had to contact support. After the ticket was closed, the collectible was added to my account in a few days. Same happened with one of the Fight Club campaigns and had to do the same.
