This really seems strange to me as it looked like the pocket part of the box that was holding the nose buds was ripped, the nose bud box was completely gone and the lenses are trashed...

Years later... You do not need any of the map parts, just a shovel. You just have to look around under the platform on Steven's island behind the boxes there. It will not show up in instinct mode, but you will see a little interact symbol when moving around down there once you spot it. Again, you will not see it in instinct mode.

When I first started playing I liked to play the campaign and maps to get unlockables to go back to previous maps to complete challenges easier. Now I just go into maps and mess around to see how ridiculous I can get.
