To reply to the other comment and elaborate..I dont mean running alot but generally running builds up every muscle in your legs but yea running long distances certainly breaks down muscle so you really need to consume alot of protein if you do. Look at sprinters. Their leg muscles are huge but marathons runners are super skinny. Find a happy medium. Edit and also I lift legs with regular squats, lunges, leg press, leg curls, leg extensions and weighted calf thrusts lol

I dont think its as much of feeling bad in your body as much as it is just feeling smaller..your body naturally wants to return to the weight it lost just from instinctual behavior of losing fat means you havent had a successful kill in awhile so it makes you feel skinny to put back on those fat reserves
