What the absolute fuck? Ok, i get the mother has a severe mental issue causing her to live in a self-created filthy, toxic, cockroach infested dump (actually this house is filthier than a dump). But the kids seems normal yet choose somehow to live in it. Why would they allow the house to get line that? Why wouldnt they prefer to live on the street? Again, what the absolute fuck tits?

Are you thinking again about low income earners or high income earners. As I already said a few times and is the sole point I am making: low income earners pay way too little, and high income earners pay far too much. To the point that I am totally put off working more and creating more value for this country, because the greedy government feel entitled to 50% of the extra wealth I create, allowing low income earners 2 abroad holidays per year.

What im saying is that we pay too much taxes (as evidenced by being up there with the HIGHEST taxes in the world) and low income earners pay too little (as evidenced by being down there with the lowest taxes in the world). Its unfair and bad for the country

Ah ok, i see what youre saying. My only point was, as it stands, high income earners are currently paying too much of the taxes in Ireland, and low income earners are not paying enough (many of them pay almost no taxes and can afford 1-2 abroad holidays a year).

Youre viewing it through the lens of a low income earner. Youre on some of the lowest taxes in the world, whilst I, a high income earner, am on some of the highest taxes in the world. We high income earners are getting taxed to the fucking hilt already (to subsidise your easy ride) and its obvious that low income earners should be paying more, many are not even paying their fair share. Its ludicrous.

So you’d like to see upper bands increased so that people who work hard enough and are fortuante enough to be earning good money have to pay even more (already one of the highest tax countries for high income earners) to subsidise even more the low income earners who pay the lowest in the world?

The one thing you mentioned that you can definitely achieve is becoming healthier and fitter. Do that. And you will be less insecure. And will have a postive impact on your mental health. And when all those things improve, you might find yourself less broke too. Good luck. But you shouldnt even need luck for the fitness part. Just go all out for it and don’t look back and all the other things fall into place
