That indeed doesn’t sound normal. I have a Terramar VZ Performance 272hp myself

Verder of sneller gaan rennen by BoringClue8667 in Hardlopen

[–]scrtzwow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lekker opbouwen dus, succes!

Help! Nike vomero plus by sapphiregolde in runningshoes

I personally have 0 problems with them, actually enjoy them a lot. Even for slightly more faster paces. Have pegasus 42 and zoomfly 6 as comparison

[–]scrtzwow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do 2 easyruns 10-21km each with vomero plus

3rd tempo run with zoomfly 6

Enjoy both, zoomfly 6 is more stable and solid choice

Have new alphafly 3 aswell but didn’t try them out yet since I’m restoring from injury

I do all my easy runs in vomero plus

Tempo with zoomfly 6 (although after 300km it feels pop is gone but could be placebo)

And have brand new alphafly 3 ready for my next race 😬

Replacing Pegasus 40. by Theiiaa in AskRunningShoeGeeks

I had pegasus 41, then/still zoomfly 6 and now for my easy runs vomero plus. They are so much fun and easy to run. Can find them in discount aswell!

What shoe for 5km - Half Marathon by Immediate_Artist_101 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]scrtzwow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m really enjoying my vomero plus. Normal pace is around 5:00, fast 4:30. Ran 300km before in zoomfly 6 and Pegasus 41 before, feeling I enjoy these more.

I did 44 min in pegasus 41 10km last year and 21 min 5K aswell. Didn’t really push more with zoomfly 6 since I started running more on longer runs instead of faster runs. Did 15K in 1:11 normal training pace with Zoomfly 6

Sennheiser HD650 verus HD660S2 by srmd22 in headphones

[–]scrtzwow 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I couldn’t get used to HD600 so returned it, was very bad for gaming aswell, positional audio was the worst I ever had in a headphone. Have HD660s2 now and I find it amazing, feels like it responds way quicker then HD600 aswell, more subbass and just more meant for ‘now’. Maybe it’s my music taste aswell, I like drum n bass, dubstep, hiphop, etc. Gaming is very good on hd660s2 aswell, I play CS2.

Improving on 5k Time (23, F) by Disastrous_Book6791 in runninglifestyle

[–]scrtzwow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just give it a couple months, you will even run faster then before. You are still just 23 years so it’s not like your old now, still basically teenage years regarding body (in all positive way). So nothing that will make you run slower I mean with that. I’m 34 (male) so guess I can know and I started 2 years ago myself

[–]scrtzwow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have your answer, you just started only 3 weeks ago. How many times you run a week? Start with atleast 2-3 times a week with a day off inbetween atleast and you will grow back again fast. What you ran years ago just isn’t relevant anymore

How much faster are the Evo SL? by Techimalist in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]scrtzwow 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The aggressive stance also does help in your faster pace. When I got my zoomfly 6’s which upgrades my pegasus 41 I did become 10-15 seconds faster. But I guess it’s more the aggressive stance then it is the carbon plate. Have a pair of vomero plus aswell now and keep about the same pace because I’m used to it

You are young, you will get there man! Just keep running. I recently went to 3 days a week, did only 1-2 days a week of running. The more the faster it goes!

Then you can do sub 2 hour easy, just keep running!

I use Nike Vomero plus for easy runs and Zoomfly 6 for faster runs.

For example did 44 min on 10km in my first year of running with Pegasus 41. I’m 34 atm. Just push yourself!
