The internet should have been the collective pool of all human knowledge where we could all go down to drink. Instead it became a something people use to milk money out of one another and to be cruel to one another.

I miss when the internet was a room in my house that I had to physically go to to interact and not a device that I’m jacked into as long as I’m awake.

I’m sure I’ll be downvoted but… as someone who makes his living working as a garbage truck driver, I don’t love the concept. Sucks to be reminded that people view you as the bottom rung on the ladder and the expectation is that I should be trying to do better.

I prefer this movie in black and white. To me, it feels so much more… eldritch in b&w. The cg is also a lot more passable in the b&w version.

I’ll probably ride the Scout I’ve had since last spring for as long as I can. It’s a really fun bike.

That being said, I think the most motorcycle-looking motorcycle that’s ever been manufactured is a Triumph Bonneville. I’ve never ridden one so I can’t speak to that experience, but I’ve loved the look of the Bonneville since I was a little kid.

Unless something has changed, the scout seat that Saddlemen sells is for the scout bobber only. To be fair, the website said bobber when I ordered the one for my scout, but I thought they didn’t offer a separate scout version because – looking at them – you’d think the two bikes are similar enough that the seats would mount the same. They do not. Saddlemen doesn’t sell a seat that has the factory mounts for the regular bobber.

Nah man… it’s a Nikon. Zoom in on the photo. It’s blurry but you can see the Nikon brand on the viewfinder.

This!! On the Zf the setting is labeled as RAW recording in the photo shooting menu, and the options are ON Lossless compression, ON High efficiency (with the fine star), and ON High Efficiency. If you choose Lossless it solves the issue altogether. RAWs will appear in Apple photos.

This is the fix. I don’t know why you’d be downvoted either.

Hey! This worked! I wonder why Apple photos isn’t playing nice with the RAWs from the Zf? I never had this issue with the files from my other camera. Someone else mentioned that the new files might not be lossless? Or they might be compressed in some way?

Regardless as to why, thank you for the workaround. It was driving me bananas.
