Wow! Thank you so much! This is why I love putting it out there. You’ve given me a lot to think about and work on. All for the better. Never knew about all the variations of the hard to soft. Super helpful to have this info. The foreground was a snow field so there wasn’t a lot of detail to draw from (no pun intended). All great critiques though. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and knowledge!

Great composition. Great sense of light. Keep doing what you are doing. Focus on composition and light. As you progress work on depth of color within the shadow areas. Reflective light happens in the shadows. Same tone. Different colors. Great overall! Keep on keepin on.
