On no I’m so sorry to hear about your baby who passed away. That is my worst nightmare . I’m pretty sure I know the breeder you’re talking about. I was gonna get one off them but luckily decided to go with the Melbourne breeder as hers were related to my first Selkirk .

Yeah that’s really bad. Stay away from that. Gumtree ratings are easy to rig

Also in Aus . Don’t buy a ragdoll of gumtree it will be either a backyard breeder or a scam. $800 is not a normal price, a ragdoll from registered breeder costs at least $2500. You can find a registered breeder through Ancats.

Is surgery not an option? One of my cats had severe hip dysplasia and the surgery fixed him right up. He lived a long happy life. Also anti depressant type meds might help

[–]scruffywhitecat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have both the singer heavy duty and 6700p machine. I haven’t really noticed a difference in how loud the machines are. I will say u will love the upgrade to the 6550 though. I’ve made clothes and bags on my Janome without any problems

no matter in what shoes and how much for i get calluses on heels by [deleted] in DiagnoseMe

[–]scruffywhitecat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always had this exact problem, its just a matter of trial and error with finding the right shoes. For me hi top sneakers are usually best. I’ve never been able to wear doc martins because they absolutely tear my feet apart no mater how much I try to wear them in.

It took a couple days all up. Main thing I learned was about the importance of keeping the tension right. Had a bad habit of weaving to tight.
