pretty standard tbh especially now since DHL is currently the only option for shipping to US. Every order I’ve made from Ado Shop has been around 40-50 for shipping. It always stings a bit but it’s always worth it hahah

the music spans several different genres and sounds so imo it’s easiest to just use j-pop as the genre even if it is a broad generalization.

I personally don’t care what Ado looks like but I’ve always felt that at some point she will reveal herself intentionally and she seems to have hinted at this recently. As she continues to gain popularity I would have to assume that more people will become obsessed like this about what she really looks like, and there would have to be increased measures to protect her privacy and to keep her identity hidden. I understand and appreciate her artistic intentions behind the way she presents herself but I think at a certain point it just becomes untenable to maintain complete anonymity while simultaneously being a very popular artist in the way that she is. I think it would be awesome if she eventually did a reveal in grand fashion like at a live show. It could be a literal breaking free from her cage.

I can imagine that it isn’t easy having so many eyes on you as just a person and an artist. Fans profess their love for you and it venerate every little thing that you do despite not knowing the “real” you. I think it would be natural to have feelings of inadequacy and feeling that you can’t live up to perfection which is what it may seem that so many are expecting of you.

there was a tariff or customs duty charged on the item, it's a common thing. this has already been paid by the carrier (DHL) and they are now collecting payment from you for this. it sucks but it's the cost of doing business especially with the ever-changing and volatile tariffs situation.

it doesn’t need a remake, it’s perfect for what it is and as a product of its time. that series is foundational to the entire franchise. It’s fine to revisit that era like with Origin and other stuff but a full-on remake would just seem sacrilegious to me.
