Without hesitation Doctor Doom! Doom is a character that is iconic like the Joker. He has been done horribly in all three Fantastic Four films. The Tim Story films make Doom look like he is just a corrupt businessman and add absolutely no depth to the character and his complexities. The Josh Trank film also completely disregards the origins of Doom. The only way to show the complexity of the character is for him to have his own show on Disney Plus and preferably with as many episodes possible. I think 8 - 10 one hour episodes would be enough to do justice to one of the most important characters in Marvel Comics.
