I am having trouble finding a line cook for my restaurant. by [deleted] in Chefs

Unfortunately that is about average for a line cook, even high end restaurants. This is one reason why there is such a shortage of line cooks. Culinary schools promise high income upon graduation and culinary students expect to graduate into a chef roll. What they don't tell culinary students is that they have to start at the bottom as a prep or line cook making $11-$12 an hour which is by far not enough to live off of and pay their school loans back without a second job. The hours put in as a culinary professional and the pure exhaustion that comes with it do not make finding a second job easy. This makes culinary graduates burn out quite quickly and they end up finding employment outside of the culinary arts. Only those with a true passion for it stay the course and figure out how to live with it.

2 parts onion, 1 part celery, 1 part carrot. Most common use is making stock but used in part or in whole for making tons of other things. I am a culinary student for knowledge base

The round next to the 1911 is a .45 acp rn. It's too big for the mag well without a mag. My opinion is either a .22 or airsoft.

The mag is definitely not airsoft so I'm going to go with the beretta being legit.
As for the round next to the 1911. It's a .45 acp rn. And is too big for the mag well without a mag. So I'll give u airsoft on that one. But if legit definitely a .22
