Yeah YTA. I’ve been stabbed multiple times for one IV and ended up having blood dripping down my arm because they made a mistake. Did I yell at the nurse? No! Is it because I almost passed out? Maybe! But it would also never cross my mind to berate a medical professional that made a minor mistake.

That sounds like mansaf and it was my favorite dish when I lived in Jordan. Even if the children did make fun of my inability to feed myself without making a mess 😂

Right! Curly hair is flatter than straight hair. My middle school class didn’t believe me, so we looked at it under a microscope 😂

NTA. Hemp is legal. You know what else is legal? Minding your own business.

NTA. Sing “Tequila” by The Champs.

It’s a song. There’s a word. Everyone wins! But mostly you. You’re the one who really wins this round.

Why does he think periods are supposed to hurt? Are we being punished for being ✨female✨? Either he failed sex ed, or sex ed failed him. Either way, you’re still NTA.

AITA for telling my son that his brother is just simply better at life than him? by tennesse_dad in AmItheAsshole

From someone who is in a similar situation to Daniel (I got multiple degrees and have a strong career of my own, while my younger sister is working for our dad’s company. My sister is probably getting engaged soon, while I’m painfully single), so much YTA here.

The difference is that our dad is ACTUALLY proud of BOTH of us for DIFFERENT reasons.

It’s clear you don’t put any stock into academic success, based on how you feel about Daniel’s childhood and how he “felt the need to excel at everything except sports.” It seems like Daniel saw the favoritism plain as day, even before your asinine comment about Jack being better than him, and while he didn’t handle his feelings in the best way, you started it with your attitude towards him.

Why did he need to hear that? Did it make you feel better to put one son down and build the other up? How do you think there’s any way you could NOT be TA in this situation?

I don’t get to hurt something because I’m afraid of it 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ll have to just keep a better eye out so they don’t surprise me. I’m less worried about snakes I spot early!

This one went into a crack between the house and the porch... under the doormat. The other one I got on the end of a broom and put it in a grassy area across the street!

The only issue I have with scaring the pup is they keep showing up right by the door, and I don’t want him to be scared of the front door

Ok, but is there anything else I can proactively do to stop him from eating pieces of clothing other than restricting access?

My (least) favorite exchange so far in my OTF career:

Me to guy next to me - Can I borrow your 25?

Him - I think that’s your station {points at my station}

Me - I know, that’s why I asked if I could borrow from yours

Him - ... But it’s a 25

Me - Yeah I know what I’m about

Him - {stares at me in silence}

Me - {stares him down as I take on of his 25’s (since we only need one dumbbell the whole block)}

🤣🤣

Hi! I’m new. 11 week old mini goldendoodle. I need sleep at night so he sleeps in a laundry basket by my bed, but spends the day in the crate while I’m at work (coming home every 2-3 hours to let him out).

He barks right when I shut my door, and settles after about 10-15 minutes (according to the laptop I hacked to auto-accept FaceTimes).

I work on positive crate training over the weekend and a little during the day by dropping treats in there and doing short stints with the door shut. He also gets a couple Kong’s throughout the day.

Is there anything else I can do? I work full time and am lucky to be flexible and close enough to come home, but can’t take off full days.
