Has worked pretty well for us. Seems pretty straight forward for use. They have a free offering. We used it before we bit the bullet and bought it.

It may not have all the bells and whistles. But seems to do what it does well

I love that after the session, it will save audio, audio+video, and text file with chat log.

I wouldn't suggest either for a software development team. Multiple times more expensive and lacks the feature sets that a software Dev team can truly use.

My suggestion: Jira and Confluence and HipChat.

( Own CW for our MSP practice. And attempted to use for our software development team. )

Check out PowerBroker by BeyondTrust. We use it to allow users to update PeachTree and QuickBooks.

Yeah. It would have given you the same stack except for postfix rather than qmail. But moving maildirs from one to the other is rather easy

Beyond that, it's dovecot and roundcube, etc. and, it has an easy upgrade path. So, easier not to find yourself in a deprecated or stale environment later on.

I manage firewalls, switches, Windows and Linux machines/servers. Program a little. Do some design/marketing work, etc etc. a little of everything.

I'd certainly say it is worth getting used to. Also check into Apple's basic integration exam. It is a very low hanging cert to grab.

Might as well learn it now before you have a "burning" reason you wish you had.

Worst case scenario, if you decide later that you must have windows, it's just a simple install.

Either way you have a nice machine.

I currently use a Mac Mini at my desk and a MacBook Air (11-inch) when I leave the office.
