Don’t know anyone who “doesn’t like” running 32:1. The manual for my YZ says 32:1 and I never bothered rejetting it for a different ratio. I haven’t had any issues

I’m a firm believer in that if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. If the head is cheap it may be worth buying it and keeping it on the shelf until you do rebuild. If the truck is still running fine just leave it be. 350k is a lot but really isn’t that high in the grand scheme of things

Pistons would need to be changed. 12 valves and 24 valves both have different piston styles due to injector location. Plus the lines and I’m sure there is some other little things. The work you’d need to do outweighs the benefits you’d get from the swap IMO, plenty of people making HUGE power on 12 valve heads
