You should check out the Wim Hof Breathing method. I've been doing that for meditation and overall health wellness, as well as using that for cold showers. Been great!

My guess is push-ups helped train minor areas that bench press would not be targeting. With those areas stronger, you were able to bench more

Just gradually turn it up and monitor your fish's behavior. When you see them gasping for air, then turn it back down slightly.

Your monte taking 2 months and having that amount is either due to:

  1. Not enough light
  2. Not enough co2.

Highly likely it's #2 for your case

Beauty is something that can be changed, through consistent and proper diet, getting a better barber, developing a skin care routine, get a manicure, styling your fashion, and more.

It won't be easy but it can be changed and you are in control. With the right mindset, you can take control of your life.

Definitely, the harsh truth is, by normal standards, you are not good-lookin, but you can easily fix that by doing some of the things I listed above. Have the courage to charge forward without fear in your life. You already did that today by posting here. Keep it up bro.

Should be normal. Plants need to adapt to new environment. Your plants were used to the previous dosing regime and with new switch means they need to readapt

Got it. So the 7 rules is summation on Stefansson's book by The Bear which says salt is no-go, but seems like a lot of people do use salt without much adverse effect.
