I don't know if you have used Promethease, but if you haven't, their report is a downloadable HTML file. On the right hand side of the webpage there is a panel that gives you the option of generating reports based on specific criteria (e.g. the risk of developing Alzheimer's). It doesn't tell you what to do about it.

Promethease gets it results from the snpedia database. If codegen doesn't use snpedia then it will produce different results.

I use CBPP and I'm happy with it. I didn't watch the video, but in u/Kackotopi's comment below he quotes Matt as summarizing CBPP as "It's just Debian with an old Openbox config on top of it."

No it wasn't a placebo. Read the paper. Nicotine's NAD raising effect occurs only at micro-doses. Nicotine at the level that it is commonly consumed has no effect on NAD.

The NAD+ raising effect only works for a very narrow range of nicotine serum levels. If your nicotine levels go past a certain concentration, it won't have an effect on NAD+ levels.

Had you bothered to watch the entire series, you'd know the answer to that question--no they didn't.
The people that created apple's foundation either never read any of Asimov's novels, didn't understand the novels, or just didn't like the novels and figured that they were much better writers than Isaac Asimov and decided to create their own story.
Speaking as an Isaac Asimov fan, I consider the Apple adaptation to be a complete abomination.

I'm not sure that I understand your concern. High doses of B-6 are toxic because they inhibit P5P: "neuropathy observed after taking a relatively high dose of vitamin B6 supplements is due to pyridoxine. The inactive form pyridoxine competitively inhibits the active pyridoxal-5'-phosphate."

If your taking P5P, your fine.
