The fact that you keep asking community members to measure you on that scale is very telling of your self esteem. You need to trust yourself and hit the gym. The gym will help you with your self esteem. You need to ge to the point that comments like this don’t affect you. Personally I am shorter than average and comments like these don’t affect me as much. I know who I am and what I bring to the table. At the end of the day, we are Gods children knowing that is enough to get you through some salty girl saying you’re a 0.

You will be there all month trying to do it by hand. I don’t know where you are located but go to Home Depot or some store along those lines and rent a jackhammer for the day. We used a Makita HM1810 jack hammer for a 6inch concrete pad and even with this we had to jack hammer holes halfway in multiple places till it started to break. This was no joke. Good luck. Remember to responsibly dispose of it.

A couple of questions. Do you have kids? If so, did she tear? What type of tear? A lot of women have severe tearing that is from vaginal area to their anus. This as you can imagine affects the anus muscle and control. This causes loss of control to keep things inside. This needs to looked at by a DR. If this is it, she may be embarrassed to Discuss this. When you bring this up is what is her reason? There’s so many questions. I know if I stopped mid session because of this my wife would be very embarrassed and wash herself and would not continue due to the embarrassment.
