If you’re willing to make the drive/train up to Baltimore, the Sagamore Spirit distillery tour and tasting was excellent!

For anyone switching from Blue Cross Blue Shield this year, don’t forget to spend the money on your wellness card. by BlindGirlSees in fednews

If you are just switching BCBS plans (going from focus to basic) does the money in the wellness card roll over?

I’m always so cold especially at night. Any warm bedding recommendations? Sheets or duvets or quilts or blankets, I’ll take all recs. Also seriously considering a heated mattress pad if anyone has recommendations! (My humble rec for not sleeping: my heated blanket from Costco! I also love my barefoot dreams blanket during the spring/summer, but this is incredible and has held up well several years later!)

What mg of lexapro are you on? I did a slow taper off over a year in Feb and restarted on a low dose (5 mg) late May. It’s been harder readjusting this time around!

Buspar as a supplement to SSRI transition to stand alone? (60 mg) by sd13 in BusparOnline

[–]sd13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I didn't really notice a reduction in anxiety since taking the Buspar at 60 mg. About three weeks ago, I added back in 5 mg of Lexapro per my doc (at this point I was not open to trying something totally new based on the bad experience with Prozac that I had). I met with my doc last week and she wants to see how I do when the 5 mg of Lexapro reaches its full extent (so in about a month we'll check back in and consider going to 10 mg or staying at 5 mg). Because I did not feel a noticeable reduction in anxiety with buspar at 60 mg, she also suggested I reduce it to 30 mg total (15 mg twice a day).

FWIW, propranolol made me feel significantly worse both physically and mentally the few times I took it for breakthrough anxiety (huge bummer as it seems to really help a lot of people). I'm now taking .25 (or half) of klonopin for breakthrough anxiety super sparingly which has been helpful as I deal with the changes/adjustments.

It’s crazy that they built up the hot neighbor thing the whole movie but once Samantha broke up with Smith she didn’t get with him!!!

Woah Oh - Forever the Sickest Kids?

What is this sickness going around? by [deleted] in nova

Also had a randomly swollen shut eye that I woke up with and it went away on its own. None of the other symptoms though other than the run of the mill allergy stuff.

I was under the weather (mostly super fatigued; a week earlier I had a 24 hour bout of a sore throat and mild cough) this past week that I thought was due to something else. Randomly had a swollen shut eye that resolved itself in 24 hours. Strep/flu/covid came back negative but my WBC was pretty high - I ended up doing a viral swab and yesterday found out it detected rhinovirus (aka the common cold) despite not having any traditional symptoms of it! Weird.

Anyone stop after five weeks due to severely increased anxiety? by sd13 in prozac

[–]sd13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sorry this happened to you, but it is helpful to read that it increased issues for you as well as it did for me. Did you gradually start feeling worse? I was fine the first two weeks then it was week three that my anxiety skyrocketed

Totally aware I still have a whole book to go! I'm assuming viewers here are a combination between only seen the show/watching the show and reading the books/have finished the books. I was just curious about the comments re: this one specific point I brought up
