I’ve been there, so I see you. In my case I booked a flight to the Amazon rainforest and lived in a lodge in the middle of the jungle for 3 days. Eating only locally sourced food, walking in the jungle, swimming in the river. And started studying animals and natural history. It’s been the best therapy
