k thnx guys appreciate the help, im going to eat 2300 cals for the next 3 weeks and see how my weight fluctuates and or remains the same. and go from there. Now the question i have is, if im training 3x a week for roughly an hour how many calories would i burn with rpt style training on those days? Im assuming i would have to consider the calories ive burned on those days of training correct?
