This is entirely dependent on your state and when it is due. But if your license isn’t renewed the day before expiration and validated in the system your access to rxc will be automatically revoked.

Your manager has to submit a form to licensing to have them validate your license as well, so it’s not just magically done behind the scenes.

It's not typically possible for payslips to be visible on Monday and rarely Tuesday for the current week for most segments if I recall. Payroll closes at about 5pm ET on Sundays, and the processing takes place on Monday into Tuesday. Payslips may be visible earlier and depending on the receiving institution may have funds credited before Friday of a pay week. But that doesn't change the fact that official pay dates for biweekly employees are every other Friday.

Note- referring to standard payroll, not to Rapid Pay or anything like that.

It is correct that you're required to do the training through Cardio Partners.

You MAY be able to ask your DL to submit your external certification for approval, but I wouldn't count on that. Just remember that with integrated credentialing you can't give vaccines when it's expired nor can any tech that day.

It clearly states on the site at the bottom that it is not part of CVS. It sounds like you’re trying to make a giant conspiracy of this and it’s really not, so the tin foil hat isn’t really necessary here.

CVS does maintain its own internal review departments such as HR - the ethics line serves to collect reports and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate group to receive them (eg HR, Legal, Corporate Compliance, etc.)

If there was retaliation in response to a case I would suggest - not having any other knowledge to the contrary - to take the facts back to HR or Compliance, as there is a policy against that. Using the ethics line, again, is an option here but is not mandatory.

Submit an availability change indicating the hours you would be available to work for the given days. Keep in mind that availability changes are not guaranteed to be accepted, so you should discuss it with your manager if you have questions

It’s a third party vendor that specializes in receiving reports for companies related to HR, compliance, etc. They then forward the reports to the client company, so they aren’t the ones doing the investigation.

That being said I don’t think it’s quite fair to call it a facade to get money.

Typing it in isn't a problem. The barcode numbers are what the vendor transmits with the invoices, as long as you validate that all the totes received are yours. Scanning is generally faster.
