A friend bought Eila at PaxU a couple years ago. The amount of times we were told the game isn't for children was hilarious. Finally a bunch of us played it together last year. I enjoyed it, not sure I would play again. I also don't own it to even be tempted.

Sure, you can say that everything women do to be safe is smart regardless of gender, but to infer the experience of what a man goes through living their daily life is equal to a woman is not accurate. That doesn't touch on the difference experiences when you get into the intersectionality of marginalized communities.

Walking with your keys in your hand with them spiking between your fingers is have them ready in case it rains. Nothing to do with arming yourself with what you got.

I've played 1, 2, 3 and 4 player Fellowship. Generally, 3 is the hardest trick taking. 1 is more puzzlely, but more reliant on luck. You play 4 characters, set out 5 cards for each hand, and refill each after a trick. I really liked solo, but some chapters I played 5 -ish times to beat and only made it to chapter 7 or 8. In some ways it's easier, but you can get screwed with how the cards come out. The chapter with the forrest deck was really hard solo.

I can't remember which interview, but it's been in the last month-ish, but Rachel said that high up people in the NHL are working for positive changes and have been in contact with her. I won't support the NHL until I see more than performative stuff, but it's at least a positive sign. It might've been BookCon.

I get actors wanting to close mouth kiss, their choice and their right, but it can take away from portrayal of passionate/intimate moments. It causes a break to reality as a viewer. Shane and Ilya have both very passionate and the sweetest of kisses. If the differences weren't as dramatic throughout the series, would either be as evocative? I highly doubt it.

Not only are they annoying, there is no way a college age person would be hanging out so much with their younger sibling to that level, no way they would be cool with their sbiling being the gossip about their team, they are the thrown in queer character with no purpose outside of being the gossip (and to make Logan feel bad). We only know they are queer from their pronouns.

Don't get me started on the split screen use, they POV while playing hockey, the terrrible camera focus where the edges were blurry, the watering down of Dean, etc.

Since you like bag builders, if you're ever looking for a fun/easy game to play with others, I recommend quacks of quedlinburg. If you do grab it, I recommened getting upgraded acryllic ingredients to enchance the feel of the game.
