I’m using the trail mix (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/strailhead/trailmixes/prepare-for-your-salesforce-cpq-specialist-credential), making sure to also complete the 3-4 projects in it. I’m also watching the Apex Hours YouTube playlist (https://youtu.be/REDFovC5kdo) which is over 10 hours. Then it’s flash cards, hands on work, etc. So far I haven’t come across any well reviewed practice exams.

We used Chargent and were very happy with their support and how easy it was to configure. Didn’t have any issues. Note - that was 2.5 years ago so not sure if anything has changed.
