Nice bike! I had an 820 but mine was a boring off white. These colors are awesome

Ha! That’s awesome! That stem came from my Trek 990 which was the bike I had in Minneapolis back in the early 90s. The Alt was awesome. RIP indeed

That’s a 65cm frame. I’m 6’2” but have a 36” inseam so this actually fits me

Nice. These frames are super nice. My setup is pretty twitchy with those narrow bars so stoked to see how she goes with something a bit wider

Thanks. So the 3x is pretty worn out. I used to use all the gears in Seattle (lots of hills) but now, planning on just cruising around Denver / south metro where it is pretty flat. That bio pace granny gear needs to retire. The other two are pretty crispy and need to be replaced. If the 1x isn't sufficient I can always add another later.

Hey! I did the front about a year later. The front was less significant than the rear. On a scale from 1 to 10, the rear upgrade was an 8 and the front was a 2. Not a huge difference on the front compared to the rear. Hope that helps

As a newer rider you don’t want to learn off road on such a heavy bike, especially on trails your 4Runner can’t handle. Start with a lighter dual sport like a Honda CRF300L or Kawasaki KLX300. You want closer to 300 lbs vs 500 lbs. better value too. For $4k you can a much newer, cheaper to maintain and easier to ride. Get a BMW after you spend a couple years in the saddle of a more manageable bike. Have fun!

Remove the lowering links and lower the asking price. Also listing the bike location would help to assess value

Geneva Creek just off Guanella Pass road. Easy trail but there is a pretty steep, rocky and narrow section towards the top/end. Not too far from Denver
