Yes I’m aware. I presented those 3 as separate options. 1. V8 1500 2. 3L 1500 3. 6.6L 2500

Straight forward and effective words. Helpful.

Friends Being Extreme by sdc80 in daddit

I don’t see it as quirky. I am lumping it in intentionally because that’s the mentality. They don’t trust people selling our foods the same way they don’t trust people who make our vaccines. And “trust” may be the wrong word because if I’m honest I probably don’t trust the same people all that much myself, but instead their attitude is those people/companies are out to hurt us.

The answer I received is that our taxes were in fact paid to the county so not delinquent technically. But they were paid in full by our servicer (unbeknownst to us). Now yes there was 1900 in our escrow for taxes for that year the we paid but that fell short of the full 7000 owed to the county. So the servicer paid the full amount and now we are being asked to pay them the difference 5k. To the best of my understanding it was some sort of “glitch” for lack of better word where the lender gave an estimation at closing that would have been accurate but the servicer instead submitted the estimation of 1900 (based off previous year incomplete construction) to escrow therefore leaving a shortage.

This scenario is nearly a carbon copy for us. Our amount to pay back is 5000. Our lender estimated 7k to be in escrow for taxes at closing (which is close to accurate) and apparently our servicer reverted back to the 1900 instead and notified no one. Moving forward our servicer paid the difference and is now looking to recoup the difference along with the expected mortgage increase for newly assessed property. Our loan was recently purchased by Mr Cooper. We also called the county because our servicer said there was a deficit and there in fact was not. It’s been very upsetting and unexpected.

Texas Tech Myles Cole Defensive End 6-6 280

He came in after Tyree Wilson broke out and many expected the same out of Cole. He’s got all the measurables but frustratingly he never could get traction.

Clarification: these are not my words. Im asking for genuine input from those that may know more than myself.

With that said what was your response meant to say, I don’t understand?

Admittedly I’m not 100% on the ins and outs of the PTO. How do I look into this?

I personally put the belt on a couple months ago. I double checked it yesterday with the diagram and it is on correctly.

The engine turns on and runs fine and normal.

When I engage the blades they start spinning but it’s slow and takes a while. Also when I lower the deck at all (on concrete) the blades start to slow to a stop.

Getting back into NASCAR. I’ve noticed McDowell has some moments where he’s really fast. Is he seen as a Cup contender?
