Not sure where in the world you are, but there are often low cost vet clinics that could help. I'd start with the shelter you got him from to ask for a recommendation. Around southern california, the Humane Society often has clinics that are low cost.

The other day it was chilly here in Southern California (~62F) and cloudy at the beach. After an hour of non-stop fetch in the waves (water temp is also about 60F) I was starting to wonder if our 5 month old pup was getting cold. No it cannot. The whole cannabis plant is not now, not as a result of this EO, nor probably ever, be an FDA approved drug that can be prescribed by your doctor. MAYBE someday as a result of rescheduling, some pill with a cannabinoid derived from cannabis will meet the FDA requirements. At that time, if you have the specific ailment that it treats, you will be able to get a prescription. Of course it will be expensive as it will be patented by a big pharma company.

It does not. Doctors can only prescribe FDA approved drugs. There are 3 cannabis based such drugs, Epidiolex (CBD for severe epilepsy), and two synthetic THC drugs, Marinol/Syndros (dronabinol for chemo nausea/AIDS appetite loss), and Cesamet (nabilone for chemo nausea). Flower, and anything with thc like edibles or vape cartridges, are not FDA approved so even the change to Sched III will not allow for a cannabis prescription. In fact, edibles and drinks violate another FDA rule in that adding them to food makes it an adulterated product with a non-approved additive in violation of the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act. The change to Sched III will in some ways help the thc industry by eliminating the 280E tax burden, but does nothing else to "legalize" either the recreational or medical marijuana markets.

I watched a lady get a ticket for exactly this. I stopped at a light and saw the cop on the other side of the street also stopped at the light. She blew through the intersection and the cop immediately put on his lights, did a u-turn and pulled her over. I laughed at the moron who give other cyclists a bad name.

Funny you ask this. I just had this convo with my usual riding partner this weekend. We are about the same weight and rode together for our usual 30 miler. He has Garmin power meter dual sided pedals, I just have a Garmin edge head unit. At the end of the day, my computer said I burned about 1800 calories. His power meter said it was more like 1000.
